Dr. Behrend is an associate professor at Auburn University and a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She received her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania and received a master's and served her residency in small animal internal medicine at Colorado State University. She received her Ph.D. in endocrinology from Auburn University.
